Day Services
Lifetime Assistance has developed an extensive community volunteer program in the Greater Rochester area. Individuals may participate in a variety of volunteer opportunities based on interest and skill levels. Other services and supports may include personal hygiene, dressing, social skills and communications. As skills develop and confidence builds, the people we serve have the opportunity to pursue additional personal goals and objectives.

Service Coordination
Service Coordination is a form of Case Management service that provides advocacy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Service Coordinators work with the individual's entire support network, including family, friends, as well as with the community organizations providing supports to the individual. Service Coordinators help individuals access the supports and services they need as outlined in their Individual Support Plan.
